- Windows Server / Linux - day-to-day system administration
- Networking - configuration, diagnostics, security

- Comarch XL - familiarity is a strong plus
Developer (Backend / Frontend / Fullstack)
- Web applications - design and implementation
- REST API / databases - solid backend knowledge
- Specialized software - willingness to work in specific domains
- User communication - understanding needs, not just code
Comarch XL Implementation Specialist
- Comarch XL knowledge - modules, configuration, administration
- ERP implementations - experience leading deployment projects
- Process analysis - ability to map and optimize business processes
